Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions.

We at KCS have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please inform us by email shop@kcsportswear.ie of any item you intend to return, within 30 days of taking delivery.

Items sent back to us without a request to return, will not be accepted.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. Please include a copy of your order number/invoice, to allow us to identify the order as yours.

Returns will be inspected upon receipt and we will notify you once the garment has been received.

In the event that an exchange is required but not available, a refund is issued to the card used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take up to 21 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please be aware, that all return postage costs must be covered by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

Unless the product you received is faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund on the following items:

  • Any personalised items: embroidered/printed with a name, initials, logos or numbers, club/school crest
  • Customised “made to order” garments/items, which include all embroidered/printed clubs/school crests/logos
  • Special orders and sale items
  • Club shop items

Damages and issue with items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at shop@kcsportswear.ie, if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue, and make it right.
